Upperclassmen Instructions for Taking the AlcoholEdu Course
Technical Requirements
To take AlcoholEdu for College, you will need a computer with Internet access and audio capabilities. Your internet connection needs to be broadband or at least 56K access, along with Flash Player 7 or later. We advise you to have all other programs or applications turned off, including music and video clips and Instant Messaging. If you do not have these system requirements at home, please checkout your local library, Kinko's, or cyber cafe for internet access. Also see the Student Troubleshooting Guide for more information.
To Begin AlcoholEdu for College:
To begin AlcoholEdu for College:
1. Go to: http://college.alcoholedu.com/login.aspx
2. Under New User, enter the following Login ID: 7C100751U
3. Click “Sign Up”
4. On the registration page you will have the opportunity to create your AlcoholEdu for College account using your Bama email address and a password of your choice.
At this time, you will also need to enter your Campus Wide ID (Your CWID is: _________). If you do not enter your official CWID, you will not receive credit for taking this course.
5. You may log in and out of the course at the end of each section. Section ends are marked with a “Next” button. DO NOT log out until you click the “Next” button or you will have to repeat the section you have just gone through.
6. When you return, log in as a Returning User and enter the same email address and password you created when you first logged into the course.
Should you experience any difficulties or require support, the AlcoholEdu Online Technical Support Center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply click on the “Help” button located in the upper right-hand corner of every AlcoholEdu for College screen. You do not need to be logged into the course to access the Help Site.

Lost Campus Wide ID (CWID)?
- Login to mybama.ua.edu
- Click the "STUDENT" tab
- Located in the left corner is a box entitled "BANNER SELF SERVICES"
- Click "STUDENT SERVICES" located in the "BANNER SELF SERVICE" Box
- Select "STUDENT RECORDS"
- Click any one of the options such as "ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPT OPTIONS"
- In the upper right-hand side of the page, your CWID will appear directly in front of your name
